The painting system combines in a smooth harmony a dyeing aggregate with a support station.
This optimal combination enables the use of all types of painting heads developed by PL Project.

FEATURES
• Possibility to use both painting heads - the one with a vertical painting shaft, which are more convenient for dyeing
soft workpieces, and the head with the horizontal shaft which gives to the operator a good look over the result of
the painting process.
• Adjust the height of the painting shaft 25 cm above the machine's work surface.
• Another option - washing aggregate for fingers or part’s edges makes possible cleaning of the erroneous „overedges“
and other fails directly after painting - before drying of the dye.
• There is no mechanical or electrical connection between the combined box and the cleaning option. Thus it’s
extremely SAFE and easy for maintaining - changing the water or belt.
• The machine powers on each mechanism automatically only if there is a painting head or a washing option
installed. Thus the power consumption and the noise pollution are always on the lowest possible level.
• Compact solution of three machines in one. Needed place on the table for an edge dyeing machine, one support
station with two sockets, and a washing machine is reduced to only W460/L466/H360 mm. No additional space
on the floor is occupied.
